ABOUT O`AHU

Grown on the North Shore of O`ahu at the historical Dole Plantation, the coffees of Waialua Estate mature alongside acres of pineapple and cacao trees in full sunshine. The coffee is grown without the use of pesticides and when ripe, the cherries are mechanically harvested and then processed. This coffee is the Typica variety and is processed using the Washed method.
