HiCO Returns & Exchange Policy

At HiCO, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality coffee and merchandise. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, with the exception of exchanges under the following conditions:

Shipping /Delivery Timeframe

We are small business with a small (but mighty!) merch team. We ship all orders once a week. So you can expect 7-10 days for order delivery.

Online Exchanges & Returns

  • We accept exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our team at order@hicohawaiiancoffee.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the exchange.
  • All sales are final. We do not except returns. 

In-Cafe Exchanges & Returns

  • We accept exchanges for eligible items within 72 hours of the purchase date. You must show proof of purchase.
  • To initiate an exchange, please see your cashier with your receipt and the details about the item you'd like to exchange.
  • All sales are final. We do not except returns. 

Final Sale Items

  • All coffee products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
