INTRODUCING ARTIST

Simon Yang is the owner and artist behind the clothing brand Haircut. He grew up in Los Angeles and now lives in Hōlualoa on the Big Island of Hawaii. His biggest inspiration comes from his relationship with God and the colorful, electric feeling of being alive. His work is a reflection of youthful energy, passion, and a desire to live each day with intention.

When he thinks of HiCO, he doesn’t just see a coffee shop—he sees a community hub that embodies the local spirit. This collaboration is a way for him to connect more deeply with the island and the people who make it special.
